Is it normal for Rintrah to gain power gain buffs when I attack him with Titania who cannot gain buffs?

    Sadly Neutralize is coded in a way that procs before buff immunity, so it counts as Titania, Red Guardian and others get a buff, even though they should be immune. It doesn't make much sense, but it is known interaction

    I'm hoping and assuming it'll get tweaked in the future. What's the point bringing a "counter" like titania when she doesn't actually counter.
