unit store is broken

attempted to buy One Last Ride Nexus $4.99 item. it appeared to complete but i get this message (below). clicking ok gives me a spinning wheel that prevents me from doing anything in game. restarting allows me to click, but the window eventually pops again. also, additional purchases are grayed out. .

    Unit store has been broken for a time, no deals appearing at all. Not even the money cleaning event deals popped up for me and some in my alliance
