Prologue Cut Scene Plays When Switching Accounts

Hi,

I play two accounts and recently (actually, it's been about 5 weeks now) every time I log off my alt to play my main account the Prologue cut scene plays. I can't skip it and have to restart the game in order to continue. Nothing else happens, and the games plays normally once I'm back in. But it is starting to become an annoyance.
