Battlegrounds lag that is ridiculous

I don't know why you guys introduced 7 stars into the game when you can't even get battlegrounds correct. The few times I can actually pick my champions are nice but most of the time I get a little red Wi-Fi signal on the bottom of my phone and it picks champions for me. Why's is this still happening for MONTHS and no fix. Pretty sad in my opinion...
