Did they buff chapter 6 in the last few years?

I'm using mcocguideblog.com to navigate chapter 6, but the PIs of the defenders are much higher than this guide, or others have it listed, some are 8,000 to 10,000 higher than what guides have down. Was it buffed by kabam in last year? Am I doing something wrong?
Most every defender in high to mid 30s.
I know I'm not great at this game, but this seems like a steep jump. Any newer guides or tips?

No buff. Actually a nerf based on kabams criteria. Originally there were more fights on each path in act 6. What they did was reduced how many fights there were on each path BUT gave each fight more health, therefore higher PI. Bosses all got a nerf too, but a few actually got harder post nerf. I think CapIW is tougher now, and Mordo because he got a buff recently. But mostly the really annoying bosses got easier.
