Bahamet’s regen trap node, heal sponge, is bugged and it makes doing the fight with unideal counters ridiculously difficult. It is stated that he cannot regenerate above phases, but he very clearly can, and does consistently. 
This is an image of him healing into phase 3 from phase 4. It did not change phases midfight, but the next fight treated it as never having left phase 3.
