Why wiccan is not working in 8.2.6 unblockable and indestructible path why hes unable to end those buffs while doom can easily nullify those buffs with sp1 or sp3 or im not understanding the term im doing 5 hit combo ending with light attack but when timer ends groot easily grab unblockable and indestructible buffs aling with power gain and hes regen as well

    I think you are right. Just checked that path with wiccan. Those buffs are not passive and it says nothing about ability accuracy reduction.

    200% ability accuracy stops neutralize from preventing buffs.

    Enhanced abilities 200% node. It grants the defender 200% extra ability accuracy. That’s why neutralize doesn’t work

    In that scenario we will miss to put neutralizer on the defender sometimes but when it applies it should work

    Nope. Maratox is right. Neutralize is not a stagger. Just some AAR on buffs. So if you have increased AAR the. Neutralize is useless
