Threat lvl 5 rewards

Hi I recently received the Paragon title 2 days ago and there is now is now and achievement in the special tab that gives rewards for completing all 4 weeks on threat lvl 5. Since I had completed weeks 1 and 2 before I earned the Paragon title it is not showing weeks 1 and 2 as progress towards the achievement. It’s the same with the 25% T6cc crystal even though I have 100% Throne Breaker difficulty I has not allowed me to claim the reward. Is this to be resolved of are those who became Paragon after they completed the levels permanently excluded for claiming these rewards?
