Ive always had low pi on my champions so i redid my mastery and its even lower. i dont have suicides but i have Presicion and cruelty maxed out. I have greater strength at level 4 and glass cannon at 2. I have Salve maxed and yet a 13,886 rated rank three idoom 6*. my lowest rank three is hood at 12,730. Kep in mind theyre awakened but this just doesnt make sense. Is there any important masterys to help my pi? or is it a bug?

Best suggestion I can give you is don’t worry about PI. Sure, big numbers are more fun, but ultimately PI is a completely irrelevant number. It doesn’t impact your ability to fight or whether or not you will be more successful in a given fight, only the masteries themselves impact that. Generally, the more different masteries you have the higher your PI, but that isn’t as wise as is maxing out the more useful masteries. Set your masteries to your play style and let the PI handle itself.

The thing about pi is bgs. Having a couple xtra hundred to 1000 more tating camn drastically effect your champions health in bgs can it not?

Nope. It's only the base health that matters. Change masteries that increase the health. Other than that there isn't anything to do

Personally, My champ PI keeps fluctuating. Without changing my masteries or anything. My cgrs pi (r4) is usually 16009 and sometimes it just drops to 15.9 k randomly... I mean nothing changes or anything but just looks funny

Honestly, if your biggest concern in BGs is how much health you have then you’re already off to a fairly unsuccessful start. Survivability is good, but health should not be considered a significant factor in that. A player with a setup geared more toward attack values will not be bothered by your champ having 15k more health, and a setup geared toward health will take much longer getting through smaller health pools. Nothing impacts your champions health outside of how you set your masteries, so you can set your masteries to give you more health, but in turn your PI will actually be lower. With more health you can survive a bit longer, but with more attack you don’t need to survive as long. Gotta pick your poison.
