Crystal opening

I play on IOS, just opened a 5 star sci-mys crystal but got stuck on loading screen so I closed the game and opened it again, didn't get the crystal while I lost the shards.

    Are you 100% certain you didn't get the champ from the crystal? Usually when this happens, you get the champion despite not being able to see the crystal open. If you don't see any new 5* champions, you likely just pulled a dupe from the crystal.

    I opened 10 paragon crystal but don't get any champs
