Incursion shards

Am I completely tripping, or didn’t it used to take 27k shards to get a 6* from incursion shards???? They “updated” ally events and added incursion shards. I get it, but what the complete hell??? Now it’s 81k for a 6*?? How does this make sense? They said NOTHING about TRIPLING the requirements to get 6*. Also another real penalty on top for ally’s that are having trouble filling spots cause sooooooo many ppl have quit over the last year or so because the game so broken!!! Help me out guys. Kabam won’t change, very sadly.

    It has always been 81k for a 6 star incursion crystal. 27k for a 5 star and 9k for a 4 star. The cost triples going up each tier
