Any one else had this happened to them

I was just using my new 7* Gambit in a map6 AQ against Heimdahl and my hero failed to parry at the beginning, not even blocking. Then he just froze in the block position. I kept getting hit, pushing me back to corner and maxing out my power. Everything just became unresponsive, stuck in block position, unable to activate SP3 attack, couldn't even pause the fight.
Once Gambit was killed, went to my 6* Void. Response was sporadic, towards the end, he froze in block position also. You pretty much know what happened next.
Anyone experience this or even know what's going on???
Is this some sort if a glitch???
