Cannot claim rewards for new paragon users

Hi. I just reached paragon but i already completed side quest threat level 5. It is not reflecting on the paragon rewards. I tried replaying once more but the progress is still zero. Can you fix this asap so i can claim the rewards for paragon?

You have to submit a ticket. You didn't have the objective before paragon so any progress towards the objective won't count. Support has been giving progress if a ticket is submitted-
