Missing paragon crystals and points

So, I brought a set (10) paragon crystals. I hit open 10 after which the crystals didn't open for a long time and it was showing the connection symbol. I got disconnected from the server and I hit restart button to log back into the game. And, when I checked my crystals it opened 3 and left the rest. Not only am I not sure of what it opened, it didn't not give me the right amount of points in the 7 star celebration event. I'm also somewhat sure that the game registered me opening those 3 crystals despite me not opening all of them and not giving me the right amount of points. You can check my account for it but I'm pretty sure that's what happened. At the bare minimum I would at least like to have my points for opening those 3 crystals back.
