Dear Kabam,
Months almost years have passed since the game started slowly crumbling down with all the input issues. But now the game is barely playable due to the never ending connection issues. We as a community have taken a lot of this ****, stayed true to the game with all it flaws and even kept spending ridiculous amounts of money on events. Only answers we got was a vague post about how hard it is to navigate input issues and the ever returning standard answer to give u more info redarding to type of phone, connection, etc. There has been a lot of ‘looking into it’. Now the time has come to thank your players and fix your [doodoo]!

You seem to have a lot of answers. How do they fix it? If it's so easy, what's the solution? Obviously you think they're dragging their feet on purpose and not wanting them to do it as it's so easy but tell them the steps on how easy it is.
MCOC does not support side-loading the game. Therefore, anyone downloading the game outside of Google Play or Apple stores may run into issues when updating the game.
