Monthly EQ offers gone

A few of our alliance members completed monthly EQ on different difficulties in the last 24h and didn’t get the offer that shows up on completion with boosts, heals and revives (for 500-3000 units based on the difficulty level and the offer)
Completion was done on a number of difficulties from Proven to Cavalier, no offers popped up
Those who did the same quest completion just a week ago got those offers.
If there any way to look into it? Can members send tickets and request this offer? Tickets were send to support but so far without any progress.
It simply doesn’t show up and isn’t accessible from the Home Screen either.
Hopefully someone can look into it and fix it, that bundle is very useful ahead of war seasons and new content release.
