When can we expect to see that? Is he already there or will it be after this featured is over? For Scarlet Witch, we were told there would be an in-game message indicating her inclusion in the basic pool but there never was one, she just showed up one day

    Not until after the current featured is done and probably a few days or couple weeks after that. So probably at least 100 days from now.

    After this feature ends, Wolverine will be added to the basic pool.
    Expect it around early September.
