Being able to contribute to alliance points in 7 star event but not being able to claim rewards

I’ve been in my alliance for a week and I noticed that at first it said I wasn’t able to collect the rewards because I had just joined the alliance. Today I decided to open 13 paragon crystals to get some solo missions done. I checked the alliance tab and noticed that I am putting points towards the alliance even though I can not collect any rewards. Before this event went life there was no statements saying that there will be an alliance event going in with the “celebrating 7 stars” event. I don’t feel like this is fair. (I had just over 2000 points in the alliance event prior to opening the 13 paragon crystals I just wanted to record it.

    Yeah nothing you can do here unfortunately. I submitted a ticket and they basically said kicks rocks. This event taking place in the middle of war season change and not being explained as far as alliance participation clearly as it has in the past with things like gifting events where there were limits on joining an alliance and qualifying is not a good look. I was in an alliance and didn’t claim anything from seven star event and joined another ally not knowing there was any 14 day waiting period for this particular event. Hence I would not have been double collecting any rewards for the event but it didn’t matter even though there was no post or explanation about this. Sucks but that’s the way it is. Got to take the good with bad. I do wish they would change this because I am missing out and also have points toward the event but que sera sera. LOL

    Yea I’m very disappointed at how this event was handled I definitely was planning on participating more. Sucks

    Nope, as message says: too late, event was needed 10 days in a Alliance to get prizes.
    It doesn’t say “event was needed 10 days in an alliance to get prizes.” It wasn’t even stated that there would have been an alliance event going on with the 7* debut. Once the event started and I saw there was an alliance portion of it is when I was trying to rush into an alliance. If I would have known before hand I would have joined one sooner.

    Yeah, i know, but, that's the situation, we have high rank prizes in there...
