**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. **KNOWN ISSUE**
We have adjusted the node placement of the new AW maps to better allow path traversal. As a result, defender placements have been reset. Please, take a moment to re-place your defender setup. We will be pushing out a message in-game shortly.

how can i get muted when i have said no bad words? I get muted for innocent words... So i wanna know if this is a bug or what? Half my friends got muted as well and I'd like to know why? Also does reporting not get checked before muting someone? These are questions and if you can't answer it must be a bug and i wanna help you guys fix this problem glitch or whatever. Again if you can answer these questions id gladly appreciate it.

    You can also get muted if you are spamming global chat with the same message over and over. (This not only includes offensive messaging, but also innocent things like alliance recruitment)

    Wasn't accusing you of anything....you had only mentioned that you were not using offensive language....was just suggesting what else can get you chat-banned.

    Wasn't accusing you of anything....you had only mentioned that you were not using offensive language....was just suggesting what else can get you chat-banned.

    i know you weren't just saying but they need like list of rules of how to get muted and also i think the muting thing is flawed and doesn't mute the right people.
