Latency Issues and Trust fading away

These latency issues are getting old. Couldn’t open one live crystal after the new 6* crystal launches. Can’t confirm my openings because so many others are opening. Ok cool I get it, servers can’t handle everyone opening crystals on the same day and time… second time this month tho? Couldn’t turn the servers up a lil more after 7* launch to combat this?
Okay cool so I go to open another one after the servers aren’t overloaded. I hit purchase on the 6* feature and boom spinning. Here we go again. Ok so click off the app and go back.. no change. Fun, okay so I close the game and reopen.. no crystal, no opening, no shards…
Awesome so here I am putting in another ticket where support gives me a hard time. Also need a list of what was opened out of my original 26 because now I don’t trust kabam. It’s getting really old dealing with the same issues over and over.
