Is there a visual bug on the special solo challenges?

The Side quest special solo challenges not showing correctly . I have 100% level 5 - 1, 2, & 3 . But it only shows I've completed 2 of them ? Anyone know if this is just a visual bug or do I have an actual error going on here ? Thanks
