Lost paragon crystals to reach my final milestone

I’ve been grinding 8.2 all week to get enough shards for my fifth 7 star to finish the shooting stars quest. I finally finished it today and needed 13 more dupes so used my 6 star shards on basics instead of featureds (which i was saving for) to get enough. Shooting stars finished and i need 21 paragons (4.2k units) to reach 70,000 points for the 7* shard milestone. I buy my crystals pop 10 and lag out. Load back in to find no added points and 12 crystals left 🤔. No added gold or iso so the crystals just disappeared. Need this fixed before event ends please and may as well give me a 7 star from the missing crystals too seeing as my luck has been terrible from them 😩.

    yeah! no reply as of yet but from seeing similar things happen to other people it looks like they haven’t got far with getting their points/crystals back
