Auto pick alliance?

Recently had a spot open in alliance so I set to open. We then we're getting tons of low rating players joining and had to kick. Is there a bug with he auto match to alliance?

I’ve noticed the alliance I joined 2-3 months back has been inundated with lower ranked accounts as well. Ultimately it will cause me to leave once the 7* event is over. I thought it was based on prestige, but that seems wrong now.

Yeah we are like 2.4mil average rating and 13.4k prestige getting uncollected players level 30. At least I know it is not just us now. Thanks

I can't kick the crappy accounts out fast enough.

Something changed about a month ago, causing this and it’s extremely annoying
I’ve kicked over 30 accounts under level 10

I think these are bots, we had to close the alliance, which sucks bc we just need one more
