Paragon challenge bug

I did the first episode of the new side quest before hitting paragon and now the challenge isn’t counting that will I miss out on the reward?

Kabam is aware of these issues and is willing to fix them as long as you submit a support ticket through the "support" feature of the in game settings. Just tell them as much information as you can, provide your username and some screenshots as proof, they should get back to you.
