Monthly sidequest progress not tracking correctly

Hi I put in a ticket but was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. I have completed all stages (so far) of the Escape sidequest event. The monthly trackers show 3/4 for all levels except five, which shows 1/4 even though I've completed them all.

If you started the event TB, & became paragon from rewards, that's most likely why. If that's not the case, then I don't know. I've seen many similar threads mentioning same issue. Most are told to send a ticket, which you have already
