Issue with alliance matching for new joiners

@Kabam Miike can we get some sort of feedback about a bug that has been causing issues for at least 4 weeks. We and many other alliances can’t leave our alliance open because the empty spots we have just automatically fill with brand new or low level bot accounts. They join as fast as we can kick them.
Typically we normally attract accounts with 10k+ prestige/2-3 mil rating. But now we have people with 2 and 3 stars in their profile.
It’s basically meant keeping the alliance closed for weeks, making recruitment very hard. It’s like there is now no matching at all based on account size as there used to be.
Can you at least acknowledge that you know it’s an issue and are investigating?
I’ve seen multiple forum posts, raised support tickets, but had nothing from anyone.
