Loading Issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
when i press the app button and the game opens it stays stuck in the loading screen with all the Guardian members and im unable to log in and i know its not on my side be cause my inter net is fine

    i fixed it so i was on my end i assume all i had to do was update my IOS
