Grandmaster's Vault Rewards Inaccessible Due to Keys Expiring in Mail

I'm a returning player after 2 years of inactivity. I was excited to see the Grandmaster's Gauntlet as a permanent special quest as I remember not being able to complete it on its release. Since I completed Act 6 before the Vault Keys were added as items, I likely received them in my in-game mail, and they likely expired while I didn't play. No recourse seems available for players similarly facing this issue, and it is really disappointing.
