Battlegrounds win bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I've only gotten 2 wins in total so far. (No losses, literally have played 2 games and won) yet I am at bronze 1. I would need 4 wins to reach this. Is there something going on where the system is registering extra wins I don't have?

    Just I know from start of bg season, I'd need to win 4 straight to go from bronze 3 to one.

    They changed it to give you two medals per win until you reach Diamond.
