Escape From Titan Threat Level 3

I 100% completed all 4 difficulties on threat level 3 in order to claim the rewards but I never received my rewards. It says i’ve completed 3 quests 100% but know for a fact i’ve completed all 4 quests through and through.

I have 100% completed all 4 threat level 3’s myself and didn’t get the rewards either.
Hopefully they fix this, but with this lot don’t hold your breath.
