Bug when it comes to the side quest rewards on the special rewards

I recently explored the side quest number 3 100% and I was uncollected at the time. But after exploring that 1st week I became cavalier, I have now explored all 4 weeks on 100% but I am unable to claim the special reward which is a 5* awakening gem and 4k 6* shards can someone help me please
