1 missing cosmic champ?

I'm counting all the cosmic champs and am getting 19 but when I count the cosmic champs in the poll I keep getting 18. But I can't figure out how or why I am not able to find the 1 missing champ at all and every time no matter how slowly I count I get the same results. Has anyone else been able to notice this or figure out who is missing?
