Is Toad worth an AG?

I'm looking for input on best use for awakening gem? I want to use Toad in BG’s, and considering using a Mutant AG since I hear it makes him a much more annoying defender. I also have Namor & OR unduped (but only have around 90 sig stones available), and I'm still hunting AA. I have been lucky enough to awaken Kitty Pryde, so I think I've covered the key players.

In terms of content, I'm mid-thronebreaker, and got stuck on Gwenmaster, but I'm having fun playing more casually, and not super interested in major progression pushes.
