Battleground bug

Am I the only one having issues with battleground? I have won’t 2 times multiple times and I still loose when the opponent doesn’t even have a single win? Going in and crashing. I mean come on. Get the game together

Como é que eu perdi a luta se o adversário não tem vitória
Tem que resolver isso o mais rápido possível, pois não é só eu não tem muita gente reclamando tbm pô se não arrumar isso ninguém vai ficar gastando tempo nisso não.
