Battling cheaters

I wish there was an in option to see an opponent roster and quit out without penalty....not because it is OP but because you know they are cheating before you even start a match. I saw a roster of all 4-5k pi in platinum 1 and knew I was doomed.....low and behold he beat all my champs in ten seconds and to make matters worse he fights my 20k tech champ with his ,4k unawakened Iceman just to rub it in....there has to be more than just reporting these players. It's disheartening getting on a roll and then losing your momentum to am account like this
