Allow players to buy the 2* Event Collectors Crystal with event crystal shards

The collector's crystal is such an underused feature in the game, and the only place it does get used is so poorly designed. 100 units for a collector's crystal that have 2* champions you can get from PHCs is just so unappealing.
If you were to make it so players could choose to get either regular event crystals (GMCs or Cavs) or go for the event collector's crystal with event crystal shards, it would be so much better. I suppose the whole point of 2* champions is to have them as collectibles, but we only get about 1 a month (maybe a bonus one via Marvel Insider). If you want them to be collectibles, make them actually collectible.
You trade off the ability to get good sums of iso / bonus shards from the cavs to instead *try* for new 2* champions. They're not guaranteed, but at least people would have the option.
