Black Screen while fighting [Fixed]

I can see every thing. Game is running good until i start fight. I seen life bar and energy but background is black.

I have had the issue once but I do see a lot of other people suffering from it. Hopefully Kabam will fix it

Alright everyone. The fix for this issue has been pushed Live, so you shouldn't see the black screens anymore. You may need to close and re-open the app. Thanks!

I recently downloaded on my son's kurio tablet and cannot see the characters during fighting mode. Also cannot see other graphics such as when opening a crystal. Is this a known issue. Any fix?
