For the past month I been dealing with problems when I'm in AQ and AW once the fight is about to start the game Freeze's than when it's starts I already lost the match and lost half my energy without even fighting..

    I encountered this few times each day at least, just now my full health Gwenpool got beaten up by Hyperion and died in AW bcos it freezes. However, I saw many responses, most cases they'll point back to our devices and point out there are MANY FACTORS that can impact the gaming quality, even if some folks are actually using the latest state-of-the-art devices. While I wish to enjoy fIuid gaming experience, I don't see anyone will fix this for us anytime soon.
