Hawkeye Perfect Release mechanic

The slow motion part of the mechanic does not activate consistently or at all. An alliance mate sent a video of his new 7* Hawkeye with “Perfect Release” text showed up but no slow motion.
I took my Hawkeye into SQ chapter 3 to fight Rintra and could not activate the mechanic at all. Restarted the fight and it worked half of the time.

    I think he is underrated. Not the best, but can be useful.
