Moondragon's hits cannot be evaded during psionic transcendence.



But against labyrinth rhulk, while in psionic transcendence he is evading her.

    Labyrinth isn't the place. It's evades don't work like normal. Even nick fury and ghost gets evaded

    Labyrinth evade continues to be an enigma...

    Evade is an evade. No matter how it's worded. Moondragon's ability does not state she reduces ability accuracy or she gets true accuracy/strike or she applies slow. It just says her hits can't be evaded while in psionic transcendence.

    Valkyrie's sig ability is a good comparison. For countering unstoppable, the description says she ignores unstoppable. Not AAR, not slow just ignores. And it works.
