Mystic Champs doing 0 Damage on their Special 3

Device: IPhone XS - IOS 16
Issue occurs on both cellular and wifi
Version 39.0.1
Bug occurs in both story and event quests.
The bug has mostly occured with my 6* Rank 4 Doctor Doom because I use him most but it has also occured with other mystic champs like Longshot and Spidey Supreme. I suspect the bug might affect mystic champs as a whole.

From what I've noticed this bug only occurs with mystic champions on nodes like Arcanic Zeal or any form of Power Shield (both 1.0 and 2.0). It's a very consistent bug and occurs regardless of whether or not you skip the SP3 animation. With Dr Doom it seems to be the most common but I've still had it happen with other mystics.

    Pretty sure this is the same issue on this month's side quest Mantis. If you chain sp3 of the end of a combo, for some reason (obvious bug), doesn't register the damage. Not 100% sure, but if you back off after combo, the damage will register. Only a guess here but, seems like the issue

    This is a bug with Power Shield 2.0 that's been around for a while. You can't deal sp3 damage if you active it while using a combo
