Saw this in the V40.0 patch notes for next week's update.

"Fixed an issue where Unsteady Ground was not causing abilities to fail."

Does anyone know what this is intended to fix?

    Could be, but if that's the case I'd rather find out now for sure instead of finding out in the middle of next week's attack phase.
