Is it a visual bug???

So according to this image right here gold 1 players gets 1 random 25% t5 cc crystal where as silver 3 gets 3 selectors and almost double rewards
Is it a bug because to me it seems like 2 different tiers of rewards are shown for silver 3 due to some bug
