Alliance war still not fixed?

I am very sad to have to post this, My alliance has had not a single win this whole season, you want to know why? Because the matchmaking is ridiculous! I was looking how the other alliance was holding up against our defense and I see paragon players, Our highest player is Throne breaker. And to top it all off there's a conqueror with maxed sig, max pi rank 3 six stars, FIX THIS ISSUE Kabam! (image of proof down below)
