Champs not responding to blocking

How many people have to write in before you guys realize it's not the device or the operating system that there just might be a problem? Saw a response about we will look into it if you can can you send us your device and a video if possible. So of us using unnecessary units and revives got guys saying they leaving the game because of to many issues in the game

    I have this problem a lot not registering blocks very annoying takin unnecessary damage I think you should be able to block while taking damage now that specials can be interrupted.
