losing half health

Why do we get penalised if the fight does start due to connection issues in AW or AQ that isnt our fault?
we shouldn't lose half health if the connectio issue doesnt lead to the fight starting, once every war i lose half health.

    Here’s the problem. Back in the day, players would force close the game when a fight wasn’t going well. They would come back with full health, AW there would be no loss of attack bonus, and they just moved on like nothing happened. That’s a significant issue. To circumvent that issue, they made it what it is today. If the game crashes, you lose (only) half of your health and in AW it counts as a death. There is no way for the game to be able to tell between a legitimate game crash or connection loss and a player force closing the game because a fight isn’t going well. This is the compromise to prevent players from abusing a workaround for poor play.
