G99 armor bug

In AQ, I go the Power Stack 2 path. At the beginning of the fight, G99 always cancels the buff and then returns after a while. But if the armor buff is canceled at the same time as the regen, the armor buff will not return. Since I have selected the Defensive Measures buff, it is important to have armor.
