Bg strongest champs pi wise you have seen?

I'm just curious as I just had to ban a 29.7k Doom, a 29.5 k herc and a 29.2k qs.....his next ten champs were 26-28k....I RARELY see even one champ this high. I went and looked at the highest pi player in the game and even his doom wasn't this high. Was this a new hacker I've encountered. I haven't seen anyone with a juiced roster like this. I didn't even report it as I've reported like 3-4 this season alone and I'm honestly over the work it takes to take screenshots, stop my gameplay and fill out all the info in a ticket. Fwiw he wiped my team in an average of 30 seconds per fight....one being a r3 sig 140 thing who he used valk with. I know it's a good counter but 30 seconds????

My R4 Doom is 26.4 P.I and R5 Herc 27.8 with suicides. Also there are certain masteries( can't recall which ones) that bump the p.i even higher. So yeah,it's possible I guess. Go to his profile and check out if they are R5.
Also a R4/5 Valk can easily take out R3 Thing in 30 secs in this meta.

All those could be r5s max sig and suicides unlocked . Possible can get to that high PI

None of those things look too suspicious to me. I've fought opponents with 30K PI champs. Max sig, suicides and certain masteries can really push that PI up. Likewise, Valkyrie really smashes Thing. Like, really. I have an r3 Thing that's about as high a sig as yours and he has been put into the dirt just as quickly.

I was more shocked at legit 20 champs over 26k. It was wild
