AI seems overtuned to let defenders launch a special

Since last month I realised that the AI is getting strong and difficult to launch a special. Now a days I have to wait 30-35 seconds or even more to let the defenders launch and bait the special one.
The most frustrating happens in Battlegroud and AQ. where you have limited time and you can waste 30-40 seconds just to bait a special I gets annoying and loosing interest in the game.
I would appreciate it if Kabam can check and resolve it asap. Else they can see a down in daily time for an active user. Thank you.
