Bring back regular Server Maintenance

I’m not a game developer and I don’t know what goes into keeping a game like this in top shape, but I do know that several years ago we used to have maintenance regularly and the game ran pretty well all this time up until recently.

It seems the game has a broken foundation, and every month is just adding a new layer on top of what isn’t really working. There are monthly bug fixes but when something is fixed over here, something else breaks over there.

Maintenance was always annoying for players, but if that’s what needs to happen to reform MCOC and have a more stable game across the board, I think it should be considered. I know the team is trying their best to deliver on a bunch of content while also making sure the game works, but the bugs are outweighing the fixes and the momentum isn’t looking too good here. It’s not their fault, there’s a ton of moving parts in this game and it’s been going strong for nearly ten years. Issues are inevitable.

I don’t know if this would help the game much, but I think it’s worth a shot. 7* champs and compensation are a nice distraction for now, but players are growing more and more frustrated. We really like this game and we want to see it thrive.

Regular maintenance won't fix issues that don't already have a solution. One thing you'll notice is that with each monthly update, only a few bugs are really fixed. That's because they either don't know how or haven't yet dedicated the time to fixing them. Regular maintenance would likely provide nothing at all.

Restarting the servers once a week it's not gonna fix input issues or bugs. Those are game engine and code problems respectively
